Project management is a process that treats the pre-design, design, tender, construction and occupancy phases of a project as integrated tasks. This approach unites a tree-party team consisting of Owner, Project Executive and Senior Project Manager in a non-adversary relationship and it provides The Owner with the opportunity to participate fully in the construction progress.
Each project team is created for your specific needs.
The main contacts in a project team include:
Project Executive
- Serves as an executive / owner contact for the customer
- Responsible for EAS Personnel assigned to oversee the project
- Makes executive level decisions and commitments on behalf of EAS
Senior Project Manager
- Reports to the Project Executive
- Responsible for all daily activities on the project
- Contact person for all correspondence and on-site meetings
- Creates our equipment & materials submittal package, as well as the OEM Manuals
- Oversees the development of the as-built drawings
- Conducts on-site surveillance from start to finish
