- We work in a design / assist role with the owner's design and construction management team to provide progress design drawings review,
equipment selections, mechanical room General Arrangements, utility routing and other functions to help a project stay on budget.
- Experience with all aspects of hospital facility construction.
- EAS has the capability to commit and go to contract on a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) basis on the end of schematic design, or early
stages
of detailed design. The Owner and Construction Manager are protected from price creep and can have more confidence the project is
proceeding
within a defined budget and a responsible design.
