EAS off-site construction for data centers/critical facilities begins with an assessment of your requirements. Once those have been established, we design a tailored solution from the ground up. No two products are the same as each customer has different requirements to meet their specific project.
SCALABILITY & FLEXIBILITY
- Our custom fabrication is not confined to fixed dimensions; our mechanical/electrical modules are readily scaled to meet site specific needs.
- Systems are designed for expansion and interface with adjacent mechanical/electrical utilities for redundancy.
- Isolation of modules for fire protection and security.
- “ETL Listed Mark” - All modules made in our plant are ETL labeled and are considered a piece of equipment in terms of local code application, investment credits or depreciation.
- EAS systems are always designed to fit your needs and are not confined to using a shipping container.
RELIABILITY
- OSC/Modular Mechanical/Electrical systems are fully assessed in our shop during an extensive Factory Acceptance Testing.
- Complete run-test of chiller and air handler systems at our factory during prototype stage.
- BMS Controls are pre-installed, pre-programmed and pre-tested in our plant prior to shipment.
- Systems are integrated and self-contained, minimum reconnection or field work required.
