Our Pipe Fabrication team is held to the highest standard of the ASME B31.1 section IX boiler and pressure vessel code.
All welders are certified on a per procedure basis, and are experienced with welding in carbon steel, stainless steels,
and aluminum on both pipe and plate.EAS offers:
- In house training and certification for all welders
- All certification and procedural documentation kept and maintained through the company welding manager (an AWS Certified Welding Inspector)
- All drawings, issued to the shop, in dimensioned and piece marked isometrics with material, insulation, and welding specifications shown on the drawings
- Weld mapping for projects available upon request
