Our Story
For over seven decades, EAS has supported our global community partners through the creation of
life-changing solutions fueled by innovative ideas and experience. Founded by James R. Bullock and Edward Humble in the early 1950s, Environmental Air Systems has become a full-service design-build mechanical contractor and off-site modular manufacturer specializing in HVAC, piping, plumbing, sheet metal, building automation and controls, electrical, and after-sales service. With our company’s expansion of capabilities over the years, we pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers a high-quality, vertically integrated, single-source solution.
70 Years of Building a Stronger Future Together
In 1953, EAS was founded as a small HVAC company. As EAS grew with the help of the textile boom in the 1960s and 70s, we began to design and manufacture custom air handling units, which helped to establish our manufacturing division.
