Custom Air Handling Units

For decades, EAS Air Handling Units have set the benchmark for performance, reliability, and precision. It’s the product that built our reputation and inspired our innovation.

What makes EAS custom AHUs different from standard units?

Each EAS AHU is custom-designed to meet and exceed the specific requirements of your project application and to integrate seamlessly within a modular mechanical room environment. Constructed entirely from high-grade aluminum with a foam-core panel and a true “No Through Metal” design, every unit delivers superior thermal performance, durability, and long-term serviceability as part of a coordinated mechanical system.

Our engineering and fabrication teams integrate decades of field experience with advanced modeling and design-assist processes to produce high-efficiency air handling systems that align with the overall modular mechanical room design. This integrated approach optimizes airflow, energy use, and maintainability while reducing on-site coordination and supporting predictable installation and startup.

EAS Custom AHU

Built to Last. Installed in Days.

Designed and constructed off-site as part of a fully integrated modular mechanical room system, EAS custom air handling units are be pre-piped, pre-wired, and pre-controlled to align with supporting mechanical, electrical, and control systems. This level of factory coordination reduces field labor, improves jobsite safety, and compresses installation schedules while maintaining consistent quality.

Upon delivery, the EAS team completes installation faster than field methods because the majority of system integration is completed prior to shipment. The result is fewer on-site variables, reduced rework, and faster, more predictable commissioning.

Certified for Safety & Compliance

EAS is an authorized builder of UL-1995 Certified Air Handling Equipment—the industry’s Standard for Safety for Heating and Cooling Equipment.

Each AHU, with its complex components, is constructed, tested, and labeled to meet Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) standards and NEC requirements. These certifications verify that each unit has been evaluated for all foreseeable safety-related hazards—including fire, electrical shock, and mechanical risks—ensuring compliance, safety, and peace of mind for every client.
