Custom Ductwork Fabrication
Custom ductwork is our specialty. Our state-of-the-art sheet metal fabrication shop operates in a clean, controlled environment using advanced equipment that minimizes manual handling and accelerates production.
After Field Superintendents call in field releases, ductwork is usually scheduled with a one-day delivery, ensuring that installation stays aligned with field progress and project milestones. We consistently meet—and exceed—SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association) standards, delivering high-performance duct systems that enhance air quality, energy efficiency, and system longevity.

EAS recently delivered critical infrastructure for one of the nation’s most advanced pet food manufacturing facilities. The scope included heavy-gauge stainless steel ductwork and process equipment integral to the Process Odor Abatement Systems. The result: a large-scale, technically complex system executed safely and with schedule certainty.
Pipe Fabrication & Installation
EAS is on the leading edge of mechanical pipe fabrication and installation. Our pipe shop is certified to ASME Section IX and B31.1 Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code standards and supports a full range of HVAC and process systems, including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, and specialty piping.
Every weld is tracked through a weld-mapping process that ensures complete QA/QC traceability and documentation. All welders are certified per procedure and trained under our in-house Welding Manager’s oversight.
