Children's Hospital of Philadelphia
Philadelphia, PA
Overview
EAS Off-Site Construc+on worked with the engineer of record to design and fabricate an 18,000 square foot air handler penthouse with three 75,000 CFM air handlers.

Project Highlights
-
232 feet long x 78 feet wide
-
EAS assisted in consolidating the mechanical pent-house unit to reduce the overall height and size of the penthouse
-
EAS was able to provide almost the en+re 13th floor
of the hospital in an off-site fabricated penthouse,
reducing the amount of scope required in the field and the overall project schedule
