Overview

EAS was contracted to provide off-site construction and installation supervision for a new 12,000 CFM AHU and penthouse measuring approximately 45’ x 30’ x 12’ high. BR+A Engineers was the engineer for this OSC project.

Project Details

  • 12,000 CFM AHU with two (2) 20 HP Greenheck 20-QEP-4-III Supply Plenum Fans.

  • Heated Water pre-heat coils, Propylene Glycol chilled water coils, pre, intermediate, carbon and HEPA filters, control dampers and sound attenuators.

  • Exhaust system with (2) 40 HP MK Plas#cs AXJT3300 Fume Exhaust Fans.

  • (2) 1,800 MBTU Clearfier Natural Gas Boilers.

  • (1) 150 Ton Mul#stack Air Cooled Chiller- R-410 Refrigerant, VFD.

  • Piping- Process chilled water system, glycol chilled water system, hot water system and steam system complete with isolation valves, balancing valves, test ports, flexible connectors, pressure gauges, thermometers, hangers and tagging. All piping completed with insula#on and PVC jacking.

  • (2) 42 GPM B&G Process chilled water pumps, (2) 80 GPM B&G Glycol chilled water pumps, (1) 38 GPM  B&G Glycol chilled water pumps with triple duty valves.

  • (2) 42 GPM B&G Process chilled water pumps, (2) 80 GPM B&G Glycol chilled water pumps, (1) 38 GPM  B&G Glycol chilled water pumps with triple duty valves.

  • (1) B&G Hot water bladder tank and (1) B&G Chilled water bladder tank, Air Vents, Air Separators, High  Capacity Air Vents, Pressure Reducing Valves and Relief Valves.

  • (2) B&G Model-P20 Plate Heat Exchangers.

  • (1) Cemline 850 gallon chilled water buffer tank with internal baffle.

  • (2) Fan Coil Units.

  • (1) 55 Gallon Glycol Feeder.

  • (1) Dristeem GTS-500-RO Gas Fired Steam Generator.

  • Complete electrical system with 480 V distribu#on panel provided, single point 120 V connection with  fluorescent lighting system and service receptacles.

  • 6 and 18 pulse ABB Variable Frequency Drives.
