Overview
EAS was the mechanical contractor for the new Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, Virginia. EAS worked as the Design Assist contractor with DPR and GS&P on this fast track project. EAS provided all the Mechanical & Plumbing scope for this 11 month project. EAS worked directly with DPR and GS&P to identify cost saving measures to reduce project budget with schedule, alternate materials, labor savings. Building included main office, manufacturing, boiler plant, air compressor plant, EPS, Waste Water Building, along security and several other out buildings. Work started on the project before the final drawings were completed.
