Overview
EAS was contracted to design and build a Processing Cooling Plant for an LED manufacturing process. The design portion of the project started in August 2017 with construction being completed in March 2018.

(1) Fuel Oil System for (2) 500kW CAT backup generators adjacent to the plant and diesel pumps

(1) Spirotherm high velocity air dirt separator

(1) 10-micron side stream filtration system by VAF

Chemical feed systems with corrosion inhibitor and biocides

(1) 7.5-ton packaged rooftop AC unit

(2) Alfa-Laval Heat Exchangers each sized for 4000 GMP

(2) 250 HP Armstrong process water pumps with future expansion for an additional pump

(2) 60 HP Armstrong tower pumps with future expansion for an additional pump

(2) Marley cooling towers sized for 4000 GPM with future expansion for an additional tower

Yaskawa Variable Frequency Drives

Fire rated electrical room providing normal and critical power combined with security and fire alarm systems. 556 kVA/500kW Flywheel UPS system with capability to expand to 1000kW, ATS, VFDs and all distribution panels provided in the electrical room with conduit, cable tray and wiring
