Confidential Pharma
Overview
A confidential pharmaceutical company performed a major expansion of its existing Central Utility Plant located on its campus. The expansion of the CUP was to increase capacity and redundancy of the chilled water genera&on system to supply the current facility expansion and to ensure future expansion of the campus is possible. The project was managed through the client’s Global Engineering Group, with the engineer of record for the project being Jacobs Engineering Group. EAS was engaged during early schema&c level design of the project to assist with design, layout and coordination of the central utility plant. EAS then transitioned into final design and construction of the project with delivery in June of 2020.

Project Highlights
-
4,464 SF Central Utility Plant footprint comprised of (12) main module sections, (12) high hats and cooling tower platorm
-
