Overview
On a project lead by EAS construction, EAS manufacturing provided a range of products to support the Pfizer gene therapy facility to develop drugs designed to treat Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Off-site constructed custom air handlers with associated variable air volume skids, pipe racks, electrical rooms, conduit rack and a large switchgear enclosure were provided by EAS manufacturing as part of complete MEP package provided by EAS.

Project Details

(17) Custom air handlers ranging from 6,640 CFM to 30,260 CFM with supply and return fans, heating, cooling and reheat coils, humidification, custom variable frequency drive packages, piping porches and completed piping headers. AHU controls were factory installed by Envirotrol, an EAS company

(1) 2 Hour rated electrical UPS room

(3) 2 Hour rated electrical IDF rooms

(3) Interior open structure electrical skids supporting distribution panels and transformers

(1) Main electrical switchgear outdoor rated enclosure. E-house was provided with fire rated roof and wall panels and exterior, galvanized conduit support structure to the main building

Approximately 1,400 lineal feet of interior pipe rack, hung from the building structure
