Advanced Manufacturing & Industrial
Ensure Peak Performance through Advanced Manufacturing Solutions
Advanced manufacturing operations face rising energy costs, aging infrastructure, and intense thermal loads. Our HVAC and MEP engineering services provide coordinated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that support these operations from day one.

Industrial HVAC and MEP Contractor for Advanced Manufacturing
As an industrial HVAC and MEP contractor and semiconductor fab MEP provider, EAS builds essential mechanical systems engineered specifically for these complex processes. We fabricate modular systems off-site and assemble them on-site to improve project coordination, minimize facility disruption, and shorten installation timelines.
This total-solution delivery model combines engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning under a single accountable partner. Working with one partner tightens control over the construction process, supports intricate MEP systems, and maintains the strict operational precision and reliability that manufacturing plants require.

Advanced Manufacturing & Industrial MEP Services
Advanced manufacturing facilities rely on connected, high-capacity infrastructure to support smart manufacturing systems and intensive production schedules. At EAS, we provide mission-critical mechanical solutions through the following services:
Notable Advanced Manufacturing Projects
Toyota Battery Manufacturing
EAS provided pre-construction design, full BIM modeling, and multidisciplinary coordination for a large-scale battery manufacturing facility. This early, integrated approach supported advanced manufacturing engineering and established a more efficient path for construction in a high-technology manufacturing environment.
What We Did:
-
Fabrication of 950,000 pounds of custom stainless steel ductwork to support demanding production requirements and complex facility infrastructure.
-
Identification of cost-saving measures that helped reduce the overall project budget without compromising quality, performance, or coordination.
-
Management of scheduling, off-site construction strategies, alternate material evaluations, and labor-saving opportunities to improve efficiency and support project delivery.

Martin Guitar
EAS designed and built a central utility plant and new AHUs for Martin Guitar to replace outdated rooftop DX units within a 12-month schedule.
Our Innovative Solutions:
-
EAS delivered a pipe rack connecting the central utility plant to the AHUs as an off-site construction solution, improving coordination and reducing on-site labor.
-
This modular approach accelerated installation, improved safety, and created a faster, more predictable path to project completion.
-
Using a phased strategy, our team designed and manufactured the chiller plant to be pre-function-ready, then set the pipe rack, and finally designed and manufactured the AHUs.
-
To minimize disruption to production, the legacy DX units were replaced in batches over weekends, allowing the facility to maintain active manufacturing schedules throughout construction.

CREE
EAS designed and built a process cooling plant for an LED manufacturing process within an eight-month schedule through off-site construction.
Project Highlights:
-
A 3,086-square-foot process cooling plant footprint comprised of five one-level sections for efficient modular delivery and site integration.
-
A complete electrical room integrated into the plant design to support coordinated power distribution and reliable system performance.
-
A dedicated cooling tower platform engineered to support process cooling demands in a high-technology manufacturing environment.
