Merck
At the Merck B63 facility, EAS Companies manufactured and installed a 63A multi-product syringe filling line to support high-performance pharmaceutical manufacturing. The scope included:

Pfizer
On a project led by EAS Companies, we delivered a range of off-site constructed systems to support Pfizer’s gene therapy facility and its mission to advance treatments for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The project required speed, precision, and tightly coordinated execution to meet the demands of a highly specialized pharmaceutical and life sciences environment.
Within nine months, EAS engineered and built the following:

Cellectis
For Cellectis, EAS Companies supported a major retrofit of an existing facility in Raleigh, North Carolina, helping transform the site for clinical research and production of the company’s allogeneic UCART products. The project required a highly coordinated mechanical and electrical solution to support pharmaceutical operations in a tightly controlled environment.
EAS fabricated a 5,500-square-foot mechanical penthouse at its North Carolina facility, delivering the system in 12 modular sections for efficient installation and startup. The penthouse included:
